Terms of Service

This is the agreement between you and SMRIT LABZ for using Baila Lento. By creating an account you accept it.

What Baila Lento does

Baila Lento prepares marketing work — written copy, images, search and listing activity — and puts it in front of you for approval. Once you approve a piece of work, it can be published to accounts you have connected.

Nothing is published without your approval. This is enforced in the system itself, not merely by the screens.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over and authorised to act for the business you register.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
• One account per business, unless you are on a plan that includes client workspaces.

Your content, and who owns it

You own everything you put in and everything we produce for you. Your brand, your briefs, and the copy and images generated from them are yours to use however you like, including after you leave.

You grant us permission to process that content only to provide the service — generating drafts, and publishing what you approve.

What you are responsible for

Drafts are produced by AI and reviewed by an automated compliance check. That check is good, not infallible. You are the last reader before anything is published.

You agree not to use Baila Lento to publish:

• Anything false or misleading about your business, prices or services.
• Medical, health, financial or legal claims you cannot support. If you are a pharmacy, clinic or financial service, this matters more, not less.
• Anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Anything breaching Instagram, Facebook or Google’s own rules.

Content published to your accounts is published as you. You remain responsible for it.

Connected accounts

When you connect a social account you confirm you are entitled to post to it. You can disconnect at any time from Connectors; anything queued is cancelled.

The platforms set their own rules and can change or withdraw access at any time. If a platform stops working with us, we will tell you, but we cannot control their decision.

Plans and payment

• Each plan includes a monthly number of requests, shown in the app and reset on the same day each month.
• Unused requests do not roll over.
• Fees are payable in advance and are not refundable for part of a month, except where the law requires otherwise.
• We will give you 30 days’ notice by email before changing prices.

Availability

We work to keep Baila Lento running but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, platform outages and third-party failures all happen. We do not guarantee any particular marketing result — no one honestly can.

Ending it

You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Your data is deleted within 30 days of closing your account; export anything you want first.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts the service or other customers at risk. Except for serious misuse, we will warn you first.

Limits of our liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses.

Changes

If we change these terms materially we will email you at least 30 days beforehand. Using the service after that means you accept the new version.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
